Why Calmdex is starting with a private rollout

Calmdex is being introduced through managed client rollouts first, before opening the product as public self-serve SaaS.

Why Calmdex is starting with a private rollout

We want the workflow to be proven first

Calmdex is not only a chatbot builder. It combines website assistance, lead capture, contact records, appointment requests, conversation history, and usage controls. That needs to be tested with real service teams before opening broad self-serve access.

Managed rollout gives better learning

Early clients help us refine the product around actual questions, actual forms, and actual follow-up pressure. That feedback is more useful than adding features in isolation.

  • Set up each project with clean knowledge and channels.
  • Review the quality of conversations and captured leads.
  • Tune appointment and contact forms for each business type.
  • Use analytics to understand what visitors actually do.

Self-serve comes after the foundations are strong

The public SaaS version will come later, with clearer onboarding, plan enforcement, usage controls, and a smoother path from draft assistant to live website channel.
